TECHNOLOGY PROVIDES POTENTIAL. WHAT’S MISSING IS GOVERNANCE.
Reasons why the digital workplace often fails to deliver
Overwhelmed by platform dynamics and lack of resources
Constant M365 changes are overwhelming – there is a lack of expertise, time, roles and processes for implementation and use.
Gap between IT & business
IT is busy with security, data protection and scaling. The business feels held back, wants innovation instead of governance, often recognizes needs too late – budget problems arise.
Lack of accountability & uncontrolled growth
No central control – departments act inconsistently, IT administrators disable functions or allow them to run unchecked.
Leadership & culture block change
Managers have their own rules, e.g. email instead of Teams – transparency is avoided, cultural barriers slow down modern collaboration.
Inefficient communication culture
Emails and one-to-one chats dominate – information is scattered and lost. Outlook is mistakenly used as a knowledge database.
Lack of discipline & change fatigue
Policies exist but are not implemented. Change fails due to a lack of commitment and culture – entrenched habits dominate.
Uncertainty and fear of losing control
Risk of isolated applications – lack of transparency, exchange and governance. There is also concern about dependence on technology partners, combined with a desire for internal expertise.
Many digitisation initiatives fail not because of technology, but because of a lack of clarity, leadership and expectation management.

Areas of impact
Internal communication
You ensure that no one is left in the dark – whether they are working remotely or on site.
Clear flow of information, modern intranet use, relevant communication for teams, partners and locations.
Team
Collaboration
You create productive collaboration – not chaos in channels.
Microsoft Teams is used with structure, governance and a clear sense of purpose, both internally and externally.
Process digitalization
You replace meetings and emails with real processes.
Automated processes via Teams and Power Platform, optimized service routes, sensible use of hybrid meetings.
AI & Copilot
You use AI where it makes decisions better—not just faster.
Copilot is used to make content clearer, processes more thoughtful, and results higher quality—instead of just automated.
Areas of impact
8-week learning courses for individuals
These courses are aimed at productivity champions—people who not only want to work more productively, but also want to understand how the digital workplace is changing the way we work—and how to actively shape this change.
What you can expect:
- Micro-learning experience: Short, focused video units with real use cases
- Practical tasks, reflections, and mini-challenges
- Checklists and templates for structured IT communication
- Community and Q&A with experienced coaches
- Certificate at the end to document your competence (also for the EU AI Act!)
Structure of the 8-week training program
1.5 day bootcamp in Graz
Halfway through the 8-week program, you will deepen your knowledge in an intensive live training session. In 1.5 days (approx. 12 hours), you will work on real-life scenarios, receive direct feedback on your workflow to date, and learn best practices from experienced trainers. The boot camp will consolidate your basics, sharpen your strategies, and give you that extra boost for the second half of the course.
The boot camp will take place at our office in Raaba near Graz. Meals are included. We are happy to recommend accommodation options.
